From Midwest Living Magazine. YUM!!! Ingredients:
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, chopped |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 (11 ounce) package refrigerated breadstick dough |
1 cup pizza sauce, warmed |
Directions:
1. Grease a 9 X 5 X 3 inch loaf pan: set aside. 2. In a medium bowl combine pepperoni and cheeses. 3. Cut breadstick dough into 1 inch pieces with kitchen scissors or a sharp knife. 4. Arrange 1/3 of the dough pieces in prepared pan. Top with 1/3 of cheese mixture. 5. Repeat layers 2 more times. 6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. 8. Serve with warm pizza sauce. |
