this is a recipe that I found that I thought my bread machine friends might like... I haven't tried it but it does sound good...the recipe is from pastry wiz Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb loaf |
1 c plus 2 tb water |
3 c bread flour |
1/3 c shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 tb sugar |
1 1/2 ts garlic salt |
1 1/2 ts dried oregano leaves |
1 3/4 ts yeast |
2/3 c sliced pepperoni |
2 lb loaf |
1 1/3 c water |
4 c bread flour |
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 tb sugar |
2 ts dried oregano leaves |
1 1/2 ts yeast |
1 c sliced pepperoni |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni. Add pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or light crust.
