Easy to make and great dipped in Marinara sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup pepperoni, diced |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/4 tsp. dried oregano |
1 egg, separated |
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. In mixing bowl, combine pepperoni, cheese, oregano and egg yolk 3. In another small bowl, whisk egg white until foamy then set aside Separate crescent dough into four rectangles and seal perforations 4. Spread pepperoni mixture over each rectangle to within 1/4 in. of edges Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal 5. Cut each into 6 slices 6. Place cut side down on greased baking sheet 7. Brush tops with egg white 8. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown |
