This yummy dip is great for a tailgate party or any fun, fall gathering! Ingredients:
1 can (2.8 oz.) fried onions |
2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1 pkg. (3 1/2- 4 oz.) sliced pepperoni, diced |
1/4 cup diced green pepper |
1/4 t garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Reserve 1/4 cup of onions for top. 3. Mix remaining ingredients together. 4. Spread mixture ina 1 1/2 quart casserole dish coated with non-stick spray. 5. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through. 6. top with reserved onions. 7. Serve hot or at room temperature with crackers. |
