2 cups fresh baby spinach |
2 cups torn romaine lettuce |
1/4 cup chopped red onion |
2 pepperoncini peppers, sliced |
1 medium tomato, sliced |
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette |
Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, romaine, onion, pepperoncinis and tomato. 2. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently to coat. |
