Peppermint Stick Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

True classic Holiday flavors. The smaller the candy canes, the easier to crush.
Ingredients:
use chocolate crust - see crust page
6-7 ounces peppermint candy canes, crushed
2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
5 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500^.
2. Blend cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Add crushed peppermint candy.
5. Add cream, mixing thoroughly.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips, evenly.
7. Pour into prepared pan.
8. Bakeat 500^ for 15 minutes.
9. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
10. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
