I found this a long time ago on the web. The peppermint oil stimulates while the aloe vera gel cools and moisturizes without being greasy. It feels so good on tired feet, and it's so easy to whip up. Only two ingredients! The recipe is enough for one application, but if you make more, or have any left, store it in a glass or plastic container in a cool, dry place. If you can't find the peppermint oil, your local drugstore should be able to order it for you. Happy walking! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons aloe vera gel |
1/2 tablespoon peppermint extract |
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients with a whisk or fork, and massage mixture into your feet until it's absorbed. |
