The aroma of peppermint is said to be calming and restorative. Found this online and thought it was too good not to share. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried peppermint |
1/2 cup powdered milk |
Directions:
1. Crush the peppermint leaves into a very fine powder. 2. Mix with powdered milk until well blended. 3. Store in a glass jar in a cool, dry place. |
