This is one of the many recipes I came up with on my own while experimenting with my various tea herbs. I rather like this particular blend since I've discovered that fennel and mint go together quite well. I added some lemon verbena, too, to help round out the flavors. I strongly recommend you try this particular tea iced. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon peppermint |
1 teaspoon fennel seed |
1 teaspoon lemon verbena |
Directions:
1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later. 2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes. |
