1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals |
1/2 cup ice cube |
1 teaspoon cocoa powder |
1/2 cup light soymilk |
2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract |
1/4 teaspoon french vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put ice in blender and crush. 2. Mix together the milk, sugar, and extracts and add to blender. 3. Add coffee crystals and cocoa powder to blender. 4. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until combined. |
