These never last long at our house around the holidays. I've wrapped cut ones up and added them to holiday goodie baskets too and they are always well liked. Ingredients:
20 ounces fudge brownie mix |
1/4 cup water |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
12 ounces white chocolate chips |
2 teaspoons margarine |
1 1/2 cups candy canes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Prepare and bake brownie mix according to the package directions, using a greased 9x13 baking pan. 2. After baking, set aside and cool for 1-2 hours. 3. In a heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips and margarine, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula. 4. Spread chocolate mixture over the brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy. 5. Let stand for 30 minutes or until frosting is hard. 6. Cut into squares. |
