sauted zucchini, red peppers, onion and tomatos Ingredients:
4 cups zucchini |
1 onion |
1 red pepper |
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil |
1 tomato |
Directions:
1. scrub (clean) zucchini and cut into 1/4 slices 2. chop red pepper 3. slice onion into thin slices 4. cut tomato into small wedges or use cherrie tomatos cut in half. 5. Saute first 3 ingredients in oil for 5 minutes. 6. Add tomatos and saute for another few minutes. |
