Peppered shrimp is delicious and this recipe looks really easy. From Church Suppers. Author's note: The original recipe calls for 2 T black pepper. Adjust the pepper to your taste. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 lb shrimp |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon garlic |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a glass baking dish, melt the butter in the oven. 3. Remove the dish from the oven and add the salt, garlic and black pepper. 4. Meanwhile, wash the shrimp, leaving the shells on. 5. Add the shrimp to the butter mixture and stir well to coat. 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes. |
