Peppered Ribeye Steaks with Grilled Peppers |

Grilled steak with grilled sweat peppers. Ingredients:
20 oz steak, rib eye |
1 1/2 tsp paprika |
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp dried thyme, crushed |
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed |
1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
1/2 red pepper, sliced |
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced |
1 tsp dried basil |
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Trim fat from steak. 2. In small bowl combine spices (except basil) Evenly sprinkle misture over steaks; rub in with fingers. 3. Cover steaks; chill for 1 hour. 4. Prepare Grilled Peppers: 5. Grill until lightly browned on both sides. 6. Removed from grill and toss with basil & vinegar. |
