Peppered Meatballs

A nice change from the usual appetizer meatballs.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
2 to 3 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
sauce
8 ounces sour cream (1 cup)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Add pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and garlic powder.
2. Add ground beef and mix well.
3. Shape into small meatballs and arrange on greased rimmed baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Drain.
6. Transfer meatballs to slow cooker.
7. Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
8. Cover and cook on HIGH setting 2 hours or until heated through.
