Peppercorn Sirloin Kebabs |

This is a quick summer meal that can be prepared the night before and left to marinate. Ingredients:
2 lbs top sirloin steaks |
1/4 cup peppercorn steak sauce |
1 tablespoon chopped garlic |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary |
1/4 cup olive oil |
6 -8 large mushrooms, halved |
Directions:
1. Cut beef into 2 inch cubes. 2. Combine marinade and coat beef and mushrooms Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight Thread meat and mushrooms on seperate skewers. 3. Cook meat on medium grill for 10 minutes basting with marinade and mushrooms for 5 minuted basting as well. |
