Serve over steak or chicken. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon whiskey |
butter |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
1 tablespoon green peppercorn, drained and crushed |
Directions:
1. Add whiskey and small amount of butter to skillet. Heat high. Add peppercorns. Reduce heat to simmer and add cream and dijon. Stir well. |
