This is a really good chinese type recipe that my mom used to make on cold winter days. Ingredients:
1 lb round steak |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup green pepper, chopped |
1 cup carrot, sliced |
5 beef bouillon cubes |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
5 cups water |
Directions:
1. Brown round steak and onions. 2. Add bouillon cubes and water. 3. Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour or until tender. Add green pepper and carrots. cook 10 minutes. 4. Make gravy. Serve with rice. |
