a really good version of an old chinese dish! enjoy Ingredients:
2 lbs of cubed steak |
2/3 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
3 sliced sliced green red and yellow peppers |
salt and pepper |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper |
Directions:
1. cook the steak through til done, add soy sauce and corn starch til its a little thick may need to add water, add seasonings to taste, cook a lil more add peppers and mix - enjoy over fried or steamed rice. |
