Pepper Soup With Feta Cheese |

This recipe will be a family favorite! Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) jar of roasted red bell peppers |
1/2 c. of crumbled feta cheese |
1 (13.75 oz) can of low-sodium chicken broth |
1 tsp. of minced garlic |
3/4 tsp. of dried oregano |
1/8 tsp. of dried basil |
1 c. of heavy cream |
Directions:
1. First you will blend undrained peppers, broth, garlic, oregano, basil until the mixture is smooth. 2. Now transfer this into a suacepan and heat over medium flame. 3. You will allow this this to simmer for about 5 min. 4. Next you can slowly whisk in cream and continue to heat. 5. Ladle the bowls, sprinkling feta cheese on top! |
