Ingredients:
3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage |
3 cups thinly sliced red cabbage |
1/2 cup grated carrot |
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine sugar, vinegar, water, and salt; stir well with a whisk. Pour over cabbage mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. |
