Pepper Rubbed Red Snapper

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 red snapper fillets
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Dip fillets in butter, then rub with spice mixture.
2. In a large nonstick skillet, cook fillets over med-high heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
