This is my recipe from long ago. Great flavor. I sell this at my Bakery/Cafe' Ain't B's. I promise you will love this! Ingredients:
1/2 bushel banana pepper (sweet or hot) |
2 medium onions |
1/2 dozen bell pepper |
3 cups vinegar |
4 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
2 tablespoons mustard seeds |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Dice peppers, onions. 2. Place all ingredients in large stock pot. 3. Cook until boiling hot for aprox 30 minutes. 4. Process 10 minutes. 5. Makes 6 1/2 gal jars. |
