This relish is a great snack or topping. Try it with corn chips, pretzles, or crackers. Ingredients:
4 c. assorted rough chopped peppers |
1 sweet onion |
1/4 c. vinegar |
1/4 c. sugar or honey |
Directions:
1. roughly chop peppers. remove seeds if you wish for a milder finish. use lots of different peppers. some of my favorites are: bananas, pimentos, cowhorns, anchos, jalapeno & paper lantern. 2. slice onion. 3. add veggies, vinegar, and sweetener to a food processor. pulse until well blended but not pureed. |
