The shells will keep the flavour and shape intact . It's juicy and goes well with dhal and steamed rice .
Ingredients:
20 large prawns , de veined , washed
1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
1 large onion , sliced
3 green chillies
few sprigs of curry leaves
1 tbsp cumin and pepper seeds , freshly pounded
pinch of fish seasoning powder
Directions:
1. Fry the onions , curry leaves and the chillies for 3 mins .
2. Fry the prawns and the ginger - garlic paste .
3. When the prawn becomes pink , add the freshly pounded powders .
4. Sprinkle the Seasoning Powder .
