The shells will keep the flavour and shape intact . It's juicy and goes well with dhal and steamed rice . Ingredients:
20 large prawns , de veined , washed |
1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste |
1 large onion , sliced |
3 green chillies |
few sprigs of curry leaves |
1 tbsp cumin and pepper seeds , freshly pounded |
pinch of fish seasoning powder |
Directions:
1. Fry the onions , curry leaves and the chillies for 3 mins . 2. Fry the prawns and the ginger - garlic paste . 3. When the prawn becomes pink , add the freshly pounded powders . 4. Sprinkle the Seasoning Powder . |
