Quite weird, but i like it! Ingredients:
red, yellow, orange, green - any coloured pepper you like |
rice |
cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. cook the rice, and drain it. 2. mix the rice with some flovours (whatever you want) - sweetcorn peas salt/pepper are a few ideas. 3. get your pepper and chop off the top. 4. scrape out any seeds inside and on the lid of the pepper. 5. put the rice inside the pepper, and grate enough chesse so there is a layer over the pepper. 6. grill untill the cheese is bubbling! 7. then eat - yum! |
