Another of my down and dirty, quick and easy crock pot dishes. Ingredients:
3 lbs pork |
1 onion |
2 cups sweet peppers |
1 cup spicy bbq sauce |
Directions:
1. Chop onion and peppers. I like to use a mix of red, green and yellow peppers. Throw all of the ingredients into a crock pot and cook until meat is done. Strain and save liquid. Remove any bones. Chill liquid until fat separates and remove fat. Reduce liquid in Frying pan, when thick return other ingredients and heat. 2. Serve over, noodles, rice or spaetzel. |
