easy,easy from Campbell's soup. Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into strips |
1 large green pepper, cut into strips |
1 large onion, sliced |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell southwest-style pepper jack soup |
8 (8 inch) tortillas |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. 2. Add chicken; cook until browned. 3. Add pepper and onion; cook over medium heat until tender. 4. Add Soup and heat thru. 5. Spoon 1/2 c mixture down middle of each tortilla. 6. Fold tortilla around filling. |
