Spicy, cheesy dipping sauce that I threw together to have with Barbara Mooers' Cajun Fireballs (Cajun Fireballs) Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 cup milk |
4 ounces shredded monterey jack pepper cheese |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a sauce pan. 2. With a whisk, mix in flour and allow to cook for about 1 minute. 3. Slowly whisk in milk. 4. Cook for 1 minute. 5. Add cheese, keep whisking until cheese melts. 6. Serve with chips, veggies or whatever floats your boat. |
