Ingredients:
1/2t black pepper |
1/2t crushed red pepper |
12z evaporated milk |
1c broken tort chips |
8z elbow macaroni |
8z shredded cheddar |
8z shredded pepper jack-divided |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 and lightly grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. 2. Cook macaroni in large saucepan according to package directions. Drain and return to saucepan. 3. Add cheddar, 1 1/2c pepper jack, evap. milk & blk pepper to macaroni, stir until combined. Pour into casserole dish. Combine remaining 1/2c pepper jack, tort chips and red pepper flakes in small bowl. Sprinkle over top...cover with foil. Bake for 20 mins, uncover and bake for additional 10 mins or until lightly browned. |
