Pepper Jack Artichoke Dip |

Easy and different warm dip with artichokes. Love the red pepper and pepper jack cheese. Easily cut in half for a smaller group (bake in 8x8 pan) Ingredients:
2 14 oz cans quartered artichoke hears, drained and chopped |
1 c dukes real mayo |
10 oz shredded pepper jack cheese |
1/4 c italian style bread crumbs |
1 red bell pepper chopped |
8 oz melba toat (about 64) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 4o0 2. In medium bowl mix artichokes, mayo and 2 c cheese 3. Spread into ungreased 13x9 ungreased baking dish 4. Ina small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 c cheese and the bread crumbs; sprinkle over artichoke mixture 5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated 6. Garnish with chopped red bell papper and parlsey 7. Serve with melba toast |
