Very spicy n easy 2 cook.. goes well with any main course. Ingredients:
250 gms boneless chicken |
2 tbsp powdered pepper |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp chilly powder |
1 onion |
1 tomato |
5 tbsp refined oil |
1 tbsp fresh curd |
Directions:
1. Marinade chicken with salt, pepper, chilly powder n curd n keep it aside for 15 mts. 2. Deep fry chicken using refined oil 3. Heat oil in a pan 4. Add chopped onions n stir fry 5. Add chopped tomatoes n stir fry 6. Add fried chicken n mix it well. 7. Cook covered for 3 mts. |
