This is an easy breakfast and also very delicious. It takes little time to prepare and cook. Cutting up the pepper takes the longest. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1/2 green pepper |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. 2. Pour in buttered skillet. 3. Add green pepper (you can use other peppers too). 4. Turn until just set, then add cheese. 5. Slide out onto plate. 6. Serve with toast of choice. |
