Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough |
vegetable cooking spray |
1 tablespoon margarine, melted |
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1 cup low-fat spaghetti sauce with garlic and herbs |
Directions:
1. Unroll dough on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Press dough into a 12- x 9-inch rectangle. Brush melted margarine over dough. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and next 3 ingredients. Cut dough crosswise into 12 (1-inch-wide) strips, using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter. Cut dough in half lengthwise, forming 24 strips. (Do not separate strips.) Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. To separate sticks, cut along perforations. 2. Place spaghetti sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Serve with pizza sticks. |
