Peperonata Low Fat 2 Ingredients:
950 g capsicum |
500 g onions |
850 g tomato puree |
10 g garlic |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Chop onions. Clean and cut capsicum. Clean garlic. 2. In a bit of water cook the onions and garlic, with some spices (rosemary, etc). Add some salt, maybe. 3. When the onions are softened and somewhat transparent add the capsicum. And more rosemary. 4. Boil. Afterwards add the tomato puree. 5. Boil some more. 6. Correct the salt and the spices. |
