A fudge-like dessert that will be a certain hit. Ingredients:
2 c light brown sugar |
1/3 c cream |
1 tbsp butter |
3/4 c chopped nuts |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put sugar, cream, and butter in saucepan. 2. Boil with as little stirring as possible util it reaches the soft-ball stage - 235-240 degrees, or when a small amount is dropped into cold water it forms a soft ball. 3. Remove from heat and add nuts and vanilla. 4. Stir until creamy, pour into greased muffin tins. 5. Let cool. |
