Penne with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:
120 g penne pasta
90 g smoked salmon
5 g thyme
12 g icbinb
85 g yoghurt
1 dash lemon juice
1 dash black pepper
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile cut the salmon into thin strips.
2. Melt the ICBINB, stir in the yoghurt and 1/4 of the salmon and thyme then season with black pepper. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly. Do not boil.
3. Drain the pasta and toss in yoghurt/salmon. Divide amongst bowls and top with remaining salmon and thyme.
