pasta Ingredients:
120 g penne pasta |
90 g smoked salmon |
5 g thyme |
12 g icbinb |
85 g yoghurt |
1 dash lemon juice |
1 dash black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile cut the salmon into thin strips. 2. Melt the ICBINB, stir in the yoghurt and 1/4 of the salmon and thyme then season with black pepper. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly. Do not boil. 3. Drain the pasta and toss in yoghurt/salmon. Divide amongst bowls and top with remaining salmon and thyme. |
