Penne With Fresh Herbs and Cheese Pesto (Penne Con Erbe Fresche

Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box barilla penne
2 garlic cloves
10 leaves fresh basil
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 tablespoon italian parsley
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
to taste salt
to taste fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup pecorino cheese, grated
1/4 cup parmigiano, grated
Directions:
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
2. COMBINE garlic, basil, marjoram, parsley and grated cheese in the bowl of a blender.
3. DRIZZLE in the oil, with the blender running and process for about 2 minutes.
4. SEASON the mixture to taste with the salt and pepper.
5. COOK Penne according to package directions. Drain and toss the Penne with the pesto sauce and serve immediately.
