Penne With Bacon and Mushrooms |

This recipe was given to my mum few years ago by her neighbour. Now that I'm married I do it for my husband as well and he loves it. Besides it's very easy to do it. Ingredients:
500 g penne |
1 onion |
2 garlic cloves |
200 g back bacon |
200 g mushrooms |
200 g frozen spinach |
200 ml fresh cream |
salt and pepper |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in some olive oil until soft. 2. Add the bacon and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add the fresh cream. 4. Finally add the spinach and season. 5. Toss in the cooked pasta al dente and serve. |
