This is so delicious and very easy to prepare! It is one of my favorite pasta dishes. The combination of the zesty Gorgonzola pairs perfectly with a little sweetness from honey. Give this a try - you will love it!
Ingredients:
8 ounces penne pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup gorgonzola
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
Directions:
1. Cook penne pasta according to directions on package.
2. Drain the pasta and return to pot.
3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is completely melted.
