This is so delicious and very easy to prepare! It is one of my favorite pasta dishes. The combination of the zesty Gorgonzola pairs perfectly with a little sweetness from honey. Give this a try - you will love it! Ingredients:
8 ounces penne pasta |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 cup gorgonzola |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground |
Directions:
1. Cook penne pasta according to directions on package. 2. Drain the pasta and return to pot. 3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is completely melted. |
