I got this recipe out of a magazine. It is sooo yummy! Ingredients:
6 ounces uncooked penne |
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes. 3. Add the tomatoes and basil. 4. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. 5. Drain pasta and add to skillet. 6. Stir in cheese and heat through. |
