Actually is 350 calories, penne is too low. Done in 10 minutes, including prep time. Also great with chicken or shrimp. Also can use the Hunts no salt added for much lower sodium! Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli |
4 ounces penne pasta |
1 cup diced mushrooms |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon dried red pepper |
16 ounces hunts tomato sauce |
1 cup spinach |
