This is a delicious combination of pasta and parmesan, feta and peppers with chives and oregano. Ingredients:
450 grams penne(or other pasta of the kind) |
1 pot feta (blocks cut into 1 inch cubes and drained) |
1 cup minced chives |
1 cup parmesan |
1 branch oregano |
1 pepper cut into thin slices |
Directions:
1. First, cook pasta in water 8 to 10 min. 2. Drain the pasta and put them in a ceperate bowl with the parmesan. 3. Mix together feta,peppers and chives. 4. After, mince oregano with your hands and mix it in. 5. Finally, mix in the pasta. |
