Aunt Terri's recipe! The best I have had. Ingredients:
4 slices pancetta (cut thick) |
1 medium onion |
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes (crushed) |
salt |
pepper |
basil |
4 ounces vodka |
1 pint heavy cream |
1 lb penne |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook onion with Pancetta Chop into tiny pieces. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper & basil. Cook for 15 minute Add Vodka cook another 25 minute Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir serve over Penne. |
