Ingredients:
1 cup mango, peeled and julienned |
1 tablespoon vietnamese basil, minced |
1 teaspoon shallot, minced |
1/2 cup green apple, julienned |
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper |
2 tablespoons honey |
4 tablespoons lime juice |
zest from 1 lime |
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix to combine dressing. 2. Toss the salad ingredients together along with 2-3 tbsp of dressing. Serve immediately. |
