Tex Mex casserole the family will enjoy! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 large onion, chopped |
3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes |
2 (4 ounce) cans green chili peppers |
1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated |
1 (10 ounce) bag tortilla chips |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cook onions and beef together. 2. Add tomatoes and green chiles. 3. Lay chips, beef and then cheese. 4. Pour sour cream and vinegar mix over the the top. 5. Bake undercover at 350 for 30-40 minutes. |
