A nice side to accompany grilled or barbecued chicken... Ingredients:
3 cups cooked wild rice |
1 cup pecan halves |
1 cup golden raisin |
1/3 cup fresh orange juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 orange, zest of |
ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Toss gently until well mixed. 2. Cover and let stand at room temperature about 2 hours before serving. |
