Ingredients:
125 g butter (4 oz.) or 125 g margarine (4 oz.) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
3 tablespoons cornflour |
6 weet-bix, crushed |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, then add all the dry ingredients excepts the pecan halves. 2. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheets, pressing a pecan half into each cookie center. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 4. Cool and serve. |
