Pecan Topped Sweet Potato Casserole |

When I make this, I automatically make two pans, because everyone wants to take some home! Ingredients:
3 mashed cooked sweet potatoes |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 well beaten eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/3 cup milk |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Combine all casserole ingredients and put in a 2 quart casserole. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Banke at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
