Ingredients:
1 cup cream
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1-1/2 cups pecans
1 cup light brown sugar
Directions:
1. Boil cream, sugar, syrup, to soft-ball stage.(234-238 F).
2. Cool to room temperature then beat till creamy.
3. Turn out onto board dusted with powdered sugar and knead until firm.
4. Shape into a roll and cover the outside with pecans.
5. Put in cool place to harden.
6. Slice when firm with a sharp knife.
